Yet many never reach the women who need them most.

Too often, products are not adapted for African healthcare environments, validated in relevant populations, or supported by the pathways needed for real-world adoption.

Misala exists to bridge that gap.

We develop or license low-infrastructure diagnostic tools that give women and clinicians clearer answers, faster. Detect is where uncertainty becomes clinical clarity through tools designed for real healthcare environments, not only ideal laboratory settings.

DETECT

We produce science-backed wellness interventions that combine modern formulation standards with African medicinal knowledge, including carefully selected indigenous botanicals. This layer is built with empathy and rigor: to support women now, build trust, and create an accessible first step into better care.
